Last updated: 30 December 2025
These Terms apply when you use the Fava website (hellofava.com) or engage Fava for services.
1. Who we are
Fava is the trading name of AWW Trading Company Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Location: Steamhouse, Birmingham, UK
Contact: ashley@hellofava.com / francesca@hellofava.com
Phone: 0121 817 7878
2. Our services
We provide virtual assistance and project coordination services. This may include (by agreement): email organisation, calendar management, task management, meeting actions, and project coordination/tracking.
3. Scope and ways of working
All work is agreed with you in advance (the “Scope”). We mainly work asynchronously, with up to 1–2 scheduled calls per month if included in your package. Requests outside the agreed Scope may be declined, paused, or quoted separately.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are agreed in writing before work starts (e.g., monthly retainer or one-off project). Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in paused work.
5. Client responsibilities
To deliver work properly, you agree to provide timely access to information, tools, and decision-making. Delays in providing access or approvals may affect timelines.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your information as confidential and will not share it except where necessary to provide the service (for example, using agreed tools) or where required by law.
7. Intellectual property
Any templates, systems, frameworks, or reusable methods we provide remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You may use them internally for your business once delivered and paid for.
8. Liability
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party tools, delayed client approvals, or decisions made by you or your team. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Ending services
Either party may end services by giving written notice (unless a different notice period is agreed in writing). Any outstanding invoices remain payable.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
